1. THE CHARTER OF THE HOUSE (CONSTITUTION)
This is the primary legal and organic law governing the Regency.
WE, AMIR, Prince-Regent and Head of the House, do hereby proclaim this Charter of the House to serve as the permanent constitution of our restored Regency.
Article I: Sovereignty and Identity
The House is a sovereign, historical dynastic entity representing the dual heritage of the Imperial House of Luxembourg and the Sovereign Mende people of Sierra Leone.
Article II: The Regency
Executive authority is vested in the Prince-Regent. In the event of the Prince-Regent's absence, authority shall devolve to the Crown Princess and Princess-Chancellor, H.I.R.H. Asante.

Official Colors: The House shall be represented by Imperial Gold (representing the African sun and royal authority) and Royal Blue (representing the European heritage and the Atlantic bridge).
