1. THE CHARTER OF THE HOUSE (CONSTITUTION)

This is the primary legal and organic law governing the Regency.

WE, AMIR, Prince-Regent and Head of the House, do hereby proclaim this Charter of the House to serve as the permanent constitution of our restored Regency.

The House is a sovereign, historical dynastic entity representing the dual heritage of the Imperial House of Luxembourg and the Sovereign Mende people of Sierra Leone.

Article II: The Regency

The Princess-Chancellor is the chief administrative officer of the Office of the Chancery, responsible for the verification of heraldry, the management of the Mende Heritage Initiative, and diplomatic correspondence with entities such as the Order of Malta and the House of Savoy.
