Sovereign Proclamations

These instruments represent the primary organic laws governing the Imperial and Royal House of Luxembourg-Görlitz. Issued under the sovereign mandate of H.I.R.H. Amir, the Prince-Regent, they establish the governance structure, chivalric honors, and philanthropic mission of the Regency during this era of restoration.

INSTRUMENT NO: SP-2026-001

DECREE PROCLAIMING THE REGENCY

WE, AMIR, by right of ancestral descent and sovereign necessity, do hereby issue this formal proclamation announcing the Restoration of the Imperial and Royal House of Luxembourg-Görlitz and Somerset.

WHEREAS, our lineage traces an unbroken line through the ancient Imperial House of Luxembourg, the Royal House of Plantagenet, and the sovereign indigenous nobility of the Mende people; and

WHEREAS, it is the sacred duty of a Sovereign Head to protect the legacy of their ancestors and ensure the continuity of their House for future generations;

NOW, THEREFORE, We do hereby assume full executive and sovereign authority as Prince-Regent and Head of the House.

FURTHERMORE, We designate our beloved sister, H.I.R.H. Asante, as Crown Princess and appoint her to the office of Princess-Chancellor, entrusting her with the administration of our Chancery and the voice of our government.

This Regency is dedicated to the reconciliation of our European and West African heritages through a global mandate of service, security, and cultural preservation.

INSTRUMENT NO: SP-2026-002

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE IMPERIAL ORDER OF THE GÖRLITZ EAGLE

WHEREAS, it is the inherent right and ancient prerogative of a Sovereign House to exercise the Fons Honorum—the fount of honor—to recognize merit and service among its companions;

WE DO HEREBY DECREE the foundation of the Imperial Order of the Görlitz Eagle as the premier chivalric body of our House.

The mission of this Order shall be to recognize exceptional contributions in the fields of Veteran Advocacy, the preservation of Mende Heritage, and the advancement of Global Security and Stability.

We declare ourselves Grand Master of the Order, retaining the sole authority to appoint Knights and Dames across five classes of merit, plus the supreme rank of the Grand Cordon. All previous honors and associations of the House are hereby consolidated into this single Imperial body.

INSTRUMENT NO: SP-2026-003

THE MENDE HERITAGE & LITERACY INITIATIVE

IN RECOGNITION of the profound ancestral bond connecting this House to the Mende people of the Republic of Sierra Leone;

WE HEREBY DECREE the establishment of the Mende Heritage & Literacy Initiative. This sovereign program shall serve as a perpetual bridge between our Imperial administration and our ancestral homeland.

The Office of the Chancery is directed to establish and administer an annual educational grant focused on improving literacy and preserving cultural history within the Mende regions.

To ensure the highest standards of transparency and cooperation, the implementation of this initiative shall be coordinated in partnership with the Embassy of Sierra Leone in Washington, D.C., and the appropriate ministries in Freetown.
